I made neon colored (and a few butterscotch covered) butterbeer cake pops for my dear friend Sara’s birthday (from sara december rose). We are both obsessed with Harry Potter. I got the recipe here and made them into cake pops! I brought them to her gallery opening at LaLa in downtown Lafayette! It was so much fun and I think everyone really enjoyed them!

How did you make them neon? Did you find candy melts in those colors? Or did you get food coloring for candy melts? If so, where did you find them? I’m having a hard time finding either one.
I just added neon food coloring to white candy melts. I just got the neon food coloring pack at the grocery store!
